Medical Business Exchange was created by Boris Zinshteyn in 2006 to fulfill the investment needs of start up (and established) medical and medical-related businesses.
The site is an online marketplace that brings together different members involved or interested in the transactions of medical and medical-related businesses. The site allows buyers, sellers, investors and partner seekers to advertise their needs and deliver those ads to the interested parties of the network that can fulfill those needs.
Medical Business Exchange also envisions a community dedicated to the buying and selling of medical businesses from overseas, advancing opportunities for international medical professionals wishing to run their practice in the United States.
The site is unique in its dynamic community membership, providing outlets and forums to doctors, equity firms, brokers, attorneys, and other investors and professionals.
Boris Zinshteyn earned his Masters Degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Moscow. He immigrated to the United States with his family, starting his financial career in 1994 as an insurance broker. He is also NASD registered and holds Series 7, 24 and 65 securities licenses.
