As you may know, BHG is a direct lender with the freedom and flexibility to fund those loans that other lenders cannot fund. We currently lend based on a 3-tier program, accepting A, B, and C quality credit. Because credit score alone cannot explain all variables, BHG also uses a big picture credit scoring system that takes into account items such as income, years in business, debt-to-income ratio, and years licensed.
The program currently offers up to 8 commission points for full-doc healthcare contracts. Unsecured loan amounts range from $30,000 to $300,000. If your client does not meet our unsecured credit guidelines, we will do what it takes to lend up to $500,000 secured with real estate. While the majority of the loans we fund are for working capital, we also offer programs for debt consolidation, expansion and improvements, start-ups, practice acquisitions, and equipment.
